Geniet van een eendaags avontuur in Albanië met een cruise vanaf Corfu, een begeleide wandeling in het UNESCO-werelderfgoed Butrint, een lunchbuffet en een bustour van 20 kilometer langs hoogtepunten.

Vertrek vanuit de haven van Corfu en volg de Albanese kust naar de stadshaven van Saranda. Geniet van een 20 kilometer lange begeleide bustour langs de zuidkust en zijn ongerepte oevers en eilanden. Rijd door kleine dorpjes en staar vol ontzag naar de eindeloze vruchtbare vlaktes die naar een groot meer leiden. Aan de rand van het meer vindt u de oude stad Vouthrota.

Het hoogtepunt van uw dag is een bezoek aan Butrint, een UNESCO-werelderfgoedlocatie. Bewonder het oude theater, de Tempel van Asclepius, het gymnasium en de Romeinse baden. Het Romeinse Baptisterium met zijn onbetaalbare mozaïekvloer, de Leeuwenpoort en de enorme Cyclopische muren brengen u terug in de tijd van 2500 jaar tot de 3e eeuw na Christus.

Keer terug naar Saranda voor de lunch en maak daarna een wandeling voordat u terugvaart naar Corfu.

Ga de hoofdpoort van de haven binnen en ga ongeveer 100 meter naar links. U ziet aan uw rechterhand de boten en de vertegenwoordiger van Ionian Cruises. Zorg dat u ten minste 40 minuten voor de geplande vertrektijd van de boot in de haven bent.
