Uw avontuur naar de charmante stad Taroudant en de rustige oase van Tiout begint met een vroege ochtend pick-up van uw hotel of verblijfplaats. U wordt vervolgens meegenomen op een mooie rit naar Taroudant, vaak aangeduid als 'mini Marrakech' vanwege de vergelijkbare omliggende wallen.

Ga terug naar de jaren 60, toen de Saadi-dynastie Taroudant als hoofdstad koos voordat ze naar Marrakech verhuisden. In tegenstelling tot Marrakech is het huidige Taroudant bijna volledig omsloten door de historische stadsmuren. De stad is beroemd geworden door zijn lokale ambachten en tapijten, die een voorproefje bieden van de sfeer van Marrakech zonder de drukte. Onderweg naar Taroudant krijgt u de kans om een gedenkwaardige foto te maken van de beroemde 'vliegende geiten' van de regio, bekend om hun vermogen om in arganbomen te klimmen. Vanaf daar gaat u verder om de oude Medina te verkennen - het oude hart van Taroudant. Nadat u de geschiedenis en cultuur van 'klein Marrakech' hebt opgesnoven, brengt uw reis u verder naar Tiout, een gastvrij lokaal dorp op slechts 30 km van Taroudant. Hier geniet u van een heerlijke lunch voordat u de oase van palmbomen bezoekt.

Geen bezoek aan Tiout zou compleet zijn zonder de kasbah te verkennen waar de. Na een dag vol verkenning en ontdekking, keert u rond de late namiddag terug naar uw hotel.

Marrakech City Tour with Dinner Show

Kick off with a visit to the outside of the architecturally significant Koutoubia Mosque, a medieval masterpiece that's the city's most recognisable landmark. You'll then head to the Bahia Palace - another outstanding example of Islamic art and architecture. After lunch in the opulent surroundings of a riad, you'll visit Ben Youssef Madrasa and then venture into the maze of souks for a guided tour around the medina. As part of this tour, we offer a shopping stop, where you can indulge in the city's vibrant shopping scene. This is an optional stop and can be customized to your preferences.Next up is the pulsating Jemaa el-Fnaa square – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The life and soul of the city, you'll have free time to explore, shop, sample some street food, or just soak up the atmosphere of this bustling area. We round off with a dinner show featuring traditional dance and music. Then there's free time or the chance to explore the nighttime excitement of Jemaa el-Fnaa with your guide.
