Activiteiten in Historische trein naar Sóller
Geen vakantie naar Mallorca is compleet zonder een ritje met een van de beroemdste attracties: de historische trein van Sóller. Deze boemeltrein rijdt sinds 1912 en vervoert dus al meer dan 100 jaar reizigers tussen Palma en het rustige stadje Soller. De rit beslaat ongeveer 27 kilometer, waarvan het grootste deel door de Serra de Tramuntana slingert. En dat betekent dat je onderweg een geweldig uitzicht hebt op het platteland van Mallorca. Hou je camera maar in de aanslag – de trein heeft grote ramen zodat je een optimaal uitzicht hebt.

“The tour was great, we spent time at the monastery and sa Calobra which was great. Unfortunately the boat was cancelled due to weather and the tour at Sóller was a bit rushed going to the train and tram. Overall it was great experience I would still recommend it.”

“I feel we were herded like sheep on the first half of the trip, we travelled on a bus/train/tram and boat all within the first 2 and a half hours. We would have liked to stop in Soller itself which looked interesting and not at the Monastery which didn't. There were also too many winding roads which made my wife sick on the coach. Also, maybe not use a catamaran boat on sea, It needs to be made clear when booking that this trip is not suitable for anyone with travel sickness.”
